Working on v1.1

Hello! I've been working on the v1.1 patch to fix some issues and add some stuff that had to be cut for the jam deadline. Chief among them are changes and fixes to reinforcements to make battles go faster and resource management more important. 

The patch will hopefully be out sometime next week; let me know what you want to see in it in the meantime!
